Our Mission is to develop sustainable communities through Transparent Trade. We work with our farmer partners in Ecuador, which enables us to pay more than fair trade prices, ensure farmers and our teams are properly funded for the harvest/ processing seasons, & guarantee high-quality coffees are being imported.
Washed processed coffee involves removing the fruit surrounding the coffee bean before drying it, which results in a cleaner, brighter flavor. This method emphasizes the bean's natural acidity and vibrant taste, often producing a more consistent and high-quality cup of coffee.
All of our coffee is roasted & packaged in Macon, GA.

What is a Swiss Water Process?
It is a chemical-free method that uses water to remove caffeine from coffee beans while preserving their flavor. This process involves soaking the beans in water, then using a carbon filter to capture the caffeine, resulting in decaffeinated coffee with a rich, full taste.
